This updated duplex was conveniently located & very tastefully decorated. As advertised, the high-quality beds were comfortable & the dedicated workspace was great. Linens were fresh. Unlike many places we've stayed, there was an abundance of dishware and glasses; plenty of knives and pots and pans. We wish there had been more than 5 spoons and that many items in the kitchen had been much cleaner.Nice appliances! The upscale washer and dryer were great--however it would have been nice to have detergent! Luckily the handyman who came to fix the exterior lights was the one who was locked out by the faulty door knob-not us! He replaced it--but outside lights never worked.Bottom line? Great location; quite lovely home--but could be better.

We had a quick trip to Montrose and chose this house based on location. It was a quick walk to Main Street. The only downside we would point out is that we thought we rented the entire house; however, it appeared there was another section of the house in the front. Apparently we rented the back of the house, which was remodeled to be a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath. It was difficult to get Door Dash because of the entrance in the alley. It would also be helpful if there was some lighting where we parked. Overall it was a nice property and great location!

This place was great. We had a small issue when we arrived but the hosts did everything possible to alleviate the problem The place was clean and convenient. A lot of little extras can make a big difference. We loved all the outlets and US B ports in all the bedrooms and the separate thermostats in each bedroom. If we would ever go back to Montrose we would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for two couples. The kitchen is nice and large. The only thing that I would add are some shades on the entrance side of the house. It was warm when we got there but we were able to cool it down with the fans. We would stay there again if we came back to Montrose.

We had a delightful time. The house was close to all the areas that we want to visit. We even went to the Hot Springs. The only downside was the air conditioning but we cleaned the filters and hosed down the compressor and the house got cold.

We enjoyed the home, it is conveniently located downtown so very close to restaurants. I appreciate the homey decor and comfortable furniture and beds. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars is due to a few issues we felt should have been resolved after reading it in reviews and guest book by more than one guest. Only one towel per person was provided for a multi-day stay, as well as 2 half rolls of toilet paper. The dishwasher was not emptied before our arrival and no supplies left to hand wash what we used. There was no heat source in the living room and it gets quite cold. All the smoke detectors had been disassembled and left open which was troubling. We did not receive a door code and had to ask for it prior to arrival, but host was quick to respond. Overall it was a nice place and great for families, we just felt there were things the host could check more closely after cleaning and ensuring supplies are provided as stated in the listing.

Our stay was amazing in this home as had everything we needed for a family reunion. The space is bright and sunny and the owners have thought of everything one might need to rest, relax and even to be able to cook your own meals. I would definitely stay here again.

Strongly recommend this place! Super clean and updated property, located in quiet neighborhood. Just the right speed for me and my family. Very close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, 30 mins from Ouray and 75 minutes from Telluride. Great communication from owners too.
