Paradise Found is an ocean-close, west-facing condo with breathtaking views of the ocean and harbor. Enjoy watching the surfers, sailboats, and dolphins while you have breakfast on your balcony. This exclusive 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath single-story corner unit has 1040 square feet of living space. One room features a California King bed with dual corner windows offering a stunning harbor view. The other bedroom has two queen beds. The beautiful wood-look porcelain tile floors give the place a casual beach vibe and are also practical.
The condo is beautifully furnished with a sofa, three chairs, and an ottoman. Upgrades include re-textured ceilings, three ceiling fans, new designer paint, remodeled bathrooms with designer tile, and a walk-in shower in the secondary bathroom. The unit also has three TVs, complimentary Internet and cable, and linens and towels.
Make My Vacation provides beach chairs and beach towels, as well as a Living Room TV for entertainment and free wireless Internet.
As you walk through the staffed secure gate to North Coast Village you are transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex in Oceanside California.
You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit.
When you venture all the way through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches: broad and flat, with fire rings, volleyball, and great surf breaks - right out back! Be sure to stake out a fire ring for a unique evening beach fire at least one night while you are in Oceanside.
To the north, you can walk or bike to Oceanside’s busy little harbor for a bite to eat or some boating, and to the south, you can venture down the strand to southern California’s longest pier for some fishing (no license needed). North Coast Village is close enough to walk to everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure underground parking spot - especially useful when beach parking becomes a premium in the summer.
When it is time to end the day, you will find comfort in either of the bedrooms ( king or two twins) and if there is an extra guest, they can use the queen sleeper sofa (or free pack n play upon request for little ones). Both bedrooms have TV's with cable as well. You will find all accommodations to be of high quality. Relax and enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay! Great condo. Perfect for a family of five. Very comfortable. Short walk to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and the pier.

The condo was clean, welcoming and well located. We could walk to the beach, the boardwalk and the harbor. Parking was convenient with just a short flight of stairs to our unit. We would stay here again as it was a great place to take our teenagers since we had two rooms and two bathrooms. Check in/out was very easy and the property is beautiful.

The picture from the balcony makes it look like it's ground level but what looked like sand is a rooftop of condos between the balcony and the beach. Under the amenities section for comfort it does say heating but I didn't catch that it didn't also say cooling but it doesn't specify that there is no A/C until you get check in instructions. It wasn't hot in September, but it was humid and A/C would have been nice during the day. If your party has more than one vehicle you'll have to park one far away and pay for it. The condo was clean, beautiful and had comfortable beds. I asked for a little extra time checking out (30 min) and they said no.

This unit had plenty of space and was in a very good location and was clean but I do feel like it could use some improvements.
Upon arrival the unit was musty smelling, I'm sure the it was due to lack of air circulation so it would be nice if they could have left a fan on after cleaning or provided some kind of air freshener. We did open all windows and ran the fans and it was much better a few hours later.
The view was nice but do be aware it is blocked by the building directly in front of you a bit. I think the side view from the 2nd bedroom was best.
For a 2 bedroom unit there could have been more towels provided considering the washers and dryers are not in the unit but in a shared laundry room and are not free so it was not convenient to re-wash the towels after use. For the cost of rental I think more towels should be included. There was also no kleenex which was a bit odd for a "fully stocked" unit.
We did have an issue when we first arrived as the CO2 unit was beeping and when I called the assistance # they said they couldn't come out until the next day and I had to climb onto a chair to remove it and throw it away (there was no way to access a battery or to turn it off) to keep it from beeping all day. They never did come out to replace it while we were there either.
Overall it was a nice stay and I am not fully against this unit but I would look at other options before choosing to stay in this unit again.
