Great location and very nice place. Well stocked with the basics, clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in oceanside. The rooftop patio was and excellent spot to have dinner/drinks and watch the sunset. The amenities and landscaping were great and was a perfect spot for our weekend get away.

The beach equipment was a major help. We ate dinner upstairs on the balcony every night. We loved it.

This condo is in a nice location, was easy to find, and met all our basic needs. However, the living room seating and arrangement is inadequate and uncomfortable to watch television for more than 3 people. The electrical seems inadequate as well. The condo sleeps 6 and there are 2 bathrooms. But, using 2 hairdryers at the same time pops the circuit breaker. There are no electrical outlets by the bed upstairs and outlets are generally difficult to access. Check-in was very good. However, the key drop for check-out was hard to find. There is parking in the building. The parking spaces are very tight.
