About this apartment rental
This condo has one of the very best views in North Coast Village. It is located on the top floor, approximately 200 feet from the shore, in the 3 story building closest to the ocean. The views of the ocean and harbor from the spacious patio (12’ x 20’) are very beautiful and relaxing. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sun go down.
There’s plenty of room for six in this two bedroom/two bath unit (1,157 sf), with a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs master suite has a king size bed with walk in closet and private bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has two queen size beds. The living room has plenty of seating, a sofa sleeper, and an ocean view deck. All rooms have windows or doors with ocean views and ceiling fans. There are flat screen TV’s with cable subscription in each room and a free Wi-Fi connection. The living room TV has an internet connection. The temperatures and ocean breezes make for very comfortable conditions almost all the time. Discounts are available for weekly and monthly rentals. Please contact owner to find out more. There is no air conditioning in any of the North Coast Village units. A laundry room is conveniently located next to the elevator on the ground floor.

The property was just as listed. Ocean views were great from both balconies. We have stayed at many condos over the years in Northcoast Village and this was the best 2 bedroom we have stayed in. There were lots of beach items available for all ages. Great condo for families with kids of all ages.

Great place to stay. Close to a lot of things to do and see. Lots of good choices within walking distance. Short walk to the beach. Would stay here again.
