Welcome to 21008 Red Cedar Lane!
OVERVIEW: When entering the foyer, you will be impressed by the beautiful wallpaper, tray ceiling, wainscoting, custom paint colors, and stunning accents. The main level features a kids' bedroom with a twin bed and graffiti wall art, as well as a TV. Lovely hall bathroom with updated tile shower and tub combo. The living room, dining room, and kitchen offer a fantastic open concept with custom paint and wallpaper. There is dining to accommodate six, as well as an expansive kitchen island and bar area. The kitchen features a gas six-burner stove, a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as access to the garage. A primary bedroom with a king bed and a double vanity ensuite with a soaking tub, and the fourth bedroom offers a double bed. The second level offers a beautiful primary guest suite featuring a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Lovely outside deck, screened-in porch, and fantastic community amenities!
LOCATION: Arbor-Lyn is near some of the best attractions along Delaware's coast. This beautiful, brand-new community is designed for comfort and style. It is located at the junction of in-town convenience and beachside bliss, making it ideal for those who want to be minutes from action, outdoor adventure, and small-town charm.
PARKING: Private driveway for two vehicles and a garage for one vehicle.
AMENITIES: The community features an outdoor entertaining area, a propane grilling station, a ping-pong table, a spacious clubhouse, a pool, and much more! Resort Vibe!
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the house and would stay again and will refer to others but we do have some suggestions 1st and 2nd floor suites need ceiling fans for circulation of air in rooms there are no vents in 1st floor bedroom 2nd floor is very hot one vent in large room A more powerful shower head needed in 1st floor suite lamp shades are dusty please check ice maker in refrigerator didnt make any ice Need 2 trash cans to promote recycling Thank You The Vann, Robinson and Bacon Family

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and a wonderful screened in porch that I miss! Community pool is small but nice. House location is perfect for everything you need on Route 1.
