Overall it was a great house. The location proximity to get to Rehoboth Beach and Louis Beach was incredibly easy. Having shops and normal conveniences right around the corner also made it easy when we needed something. This is a brand new build. The window coverings are sporadic and random and you may find a chicken running around the yard from the next-door neighbors, but all the children thought that was the best part.

The place was very nice and newly remodeled however the neighborhood was not that great. Also, I did not like that the location did not have curtains in all of the rooms. I would have wanted that for privacy.

The property was well kept and had lots of space to spread out over 3 levels. We absolutely loved our stay!

The house is clean and spacious. But It is lacking privacy in that it needs some curtains and/or blinds on many windows, including a bathroom window. It also needs some essentials like trash bags and tissues.
