This newly built house is full of upgrades with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage and screen porch. Open concept first floor with beautiful hardwood floors and a kitchen perfect for entertaining with its large island and built-in bar. The living room boasts a gas fireplace with sliding glass door leading to the large, screened porch. Spacious primary bedroom with luxury on-suite bathroom completes the first floor. The 2nd floor features another living room, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. And, for those who cannot break away from work, there's also an office.

Very clean and modern. Comfortable furniture and AC worked very well. Lots of space to spread out and be on our own or hang out together. 13 family members were in the house and did not feel crowded. Could use some more small things like extra hooks or racks to hang towels in bathroom, more pots pans bakeware etc cooking items. Very nice neighborhood very walkable and very convenient and clean neighborhood pool.

Property is new and well decorated. We appreciated dishwasher and dish soap provisioning. This is a pet friendly house, so although we did not have pets, we did run across dog hair various places. We also found a girl’s bathing suit bottom on the side of a bed upstairs and left it on the counter when we departed in case a prior guest reported it missing and was looking for it.

We stayed with a few friends and our family for a week here over the summer. The access to Rehoboth Beach, the outlets, and the community pool and clubhouse made it an ideal location. The house is still new and was very clean and exactly what we needed in terms of space. The covered outdoor patio was great for relaxing at night and we spent nearly every day at the pool at some point with the children. It was exactly what we were looking for.
