Country house to relax and be enchanted. The European-style manor house has spacious accommodations. Furnished with antique pieces, it allows for a rustic experience surrounded by nature with endemic flora and fauna. We have the main house and a solarium that connects to the guest annex, a private area with 2 bedrooms and its own bathroom. A charming bridge leads to the large swimming pool with panoramic views. Grassy plateaus and a trail in the woods! Easy access and 5 minutes from local shops. The space: We preserve all the details of the historic manor house, built in 1949 by Germans. Pictures, lamps, comfortable beds. A large, complete and cozy kitchen brings harmony to the stay. From time to time we are surprised by the clamor of the Guigós, monkeys typical of the Atlantic Forest, squirrels and many fireflies! In the living room, the fireplace is a great option on cold days, and to enjoy the outdoor space, setting up a bonfire is common! The trails in the woods are both easy and more challenging for those who prefer a bit more effort. We have a small corral with a very gentle mare, 2 kittens, and a small dog. For leisure, in addition to the pool, we have a pool table, hammocks for relaxation, a barbecue, and a heated outdoor jacuzzi. In the attic and the guest annex, the wooden floors create a warm and authentic farmhouse atmosphere! Colorful orchids and butterflies are scattered throughout the 58,000 square meters of Sítio Morro Verde! We recommend walking shoes and bug spray to prevent any mosquito bites. Guest Access: The space can be fully explored, and to support guests on the trail, visits to the corral, and animal maintenance, we stay in the house next door without, however, limiting the privacy of guests. Other Observations: Part of the furniture includes a modest record player with a vinyl collection that we ask you to handle with care, but it's a lovely pastime for those who enjoy reminiscing about the golden age of good music! Careful use of the space is our greatest request. When using the pool, do not use upholstered chairs with wet swimwear. An external bathroom with a shower should be used while using the pool. Smokers should be allowed in the outdoor area where cigarettes are disposed of in the ashtray. IMPORTANT: The voltage on the site is 220v. We have a spare transformer. The mains power does not support 2 showers running simultaneously, so a combination of showers is necessary. In winter, an initial bundle of firewood for the fireplace and bonfire is provided. For replenishment, which is laborious, we charge an additional fee.
