Location and parking are great
The mattress is cooked. I could probably find a better one on the sidewalk.

Location is nice and vey convenient. The building has nice facilities, a reasonable gym, a nice pool (did not use it, though).
The bed is old, too soft and terrible for a night of rest.
There is no hanger in the bathroom for anything - towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Towels are small.
TV hanging from the ceiling with lots of cables. A real mess.
I had to spent the first day without internet connection - precisely the Friday, when there was work to be done.
