Very easy to access. Every facility for a short stay.
It can be noisy - it's next door to a car wash and the windows don't shut perfectly. Also, the view from the windows is a small parking lot. But that didn't bother me: it was good value for money and had everything I needed.

Someone met me at the front desk, although I needed to wait.
Location in Leme is great. There's an expensive restaurant just below the building- good option but never ate there.
Linens were clean, bed clean, floors clean, the washing machine and AC worked.
There was a very strong bug/ant killer smell in the entire apartment upon arrival. Especially in the bathrooms.
The smell only went away after 4 days of stay there.
Messaged the host(s) but received zero response until I met someone again at checkout.
Would I stay there again? ....

Cheiro de cigarro, barulho intenso externo sem bloqueio, festas noturnas ao redor. As janelas não estavam todas consertadas e ficava entrando frio por elas. Mas o espaço é bom e estava organizado e limpo "exceto pelo cigarro"
