8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
A localização do prédio é excelente, proximo da av. Paulista, supermercados, restaurantes e farmacias. Gostei bastante.

Location, staff
The apartment’s overall condition fell way short of expectations. It is not well maintained, was quite noisy, poor insulation (I should have guessed when I saw ear plugs on the room desk…), and the pillows were uncomfortable. While the building itself gives a good impression, the apartment’s interior is noticeably less well cared for than the building suggests.
