Localização excelente, o Copan é ótimo e possui restaurantes, bares e lojas no térreo. Atendeu o que eu precisava para uma estadia curta à trabalho.
Barulhento, além de uma obra que parece ainda ser longa no terreno abaixo, o flat na parede ao lado também estava com obra tendo pedreiros martelando na parede do quarto desde 8h. Pecou um pouco na limpeza, havia poeira no abajur.

Vista excepcional e localização excelente. Apartamento razoável com todos os itens básicos disponíveis. O atendimento rápido também é um diferencial.
A limpeza e a manutenção deixou a desejar. As cortinas estavam rasgadas e sujas e as janelas, box e espelhos sujos. O apartamento poderia passar por uma modernizada. Quando chegamos as toalhas estavam sujas, mas houve um rápido atendimento para troca-las.
