About this apartment rental
Absolutely fantastic position in the heart of Calpe, with a very short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, and the many shops, restaurants, and bars offering a wide range to suit all tastes. The lovely old town is just a short walk up the high street, which has kept its old Spanish charm and offers a variety of traditional restaurants. No need for a car everything is within walking distance. You will not find a more central location than this.
The property has a spacious hallway, two good-sized bedrooms with twin beds, wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 1 has a door leading onto a balcony. There are two hairdryers one in each bedroom. Also a safe in Bedroom 1. Both bedrooms have air conditioning which also doubles as heating.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. Separate lounge and dining area, with WIFI, & digitalTV. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and two heated towel rails. There is also a back balcony with a washing machine and clothesline. Spacious front balcony with table and chairs, which gets the morning sun, nice for breakfast. You get a great view of the high street and the Penon and the hills towards Moraira. Situated on the 8th floor so nice and cool in the summer months, as you get a nice breeze blowing through the whole apartment. There are fans available, and also a heater.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, excellent location right in the heart of Calpe . Great supermarket on our doorstep with plenty of lovely shops , restaurants & bars . Apartment was easy to find had everything we needed for a comfortable stay ,good wifi connection & air conditioning throughout. Beach was a few minutes walk which our daughters loved . Communication from our initial booking enquiry right through our booking was excellent, very accurate & informative . Thank you Amanda !

The appartement was good and great. Very cold in the season we were there. From December till januari. Very busy street but close to the sea and the restaurants etc.
