The villa is located in Calpe. The urbanization of Maryvilla is a residential and quiet area, situated about 3 km from the center of Calpe and the sandy beach of Arenal-bol.

On the terrace, you will find space for sunbathing on deckchairs (six available) and an outside shower. Parking space is always available at the free parking zone on the street .
