The villa is located in Calpe. The urbanization of Maryvilla is a residential and quiet area, situated about 3 km from the center of Calpe and the sandy beach of Arenal-bol.

The villa has a covered terrace with seaview and mountainview. The ground is about 850 m² large. Outside, you will enjoy the private swimming pool (8x4 metres) with a roman staircase. On the terrace, you will find space for sunbathing on deckchairs (six available) and an outside shower. Parking space is always available at the free parking zone on the street .

It is an attractive villa for six persons with private swimming pool and ideal for families liking quiet vacations. The living space is about 110 m². The pleasant villa is built on two floors communicating outside. The main entrance at the high level can be reached by a staircase. On this floor you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and the living and dining room with the american kitchen. The terrace and the pool are also located on this level. The living and dining room is equipped with satellite tv, radio and air-condition and has a view on Peñon of Ifach, with access to the terrace and to the swimming pool. One bedroom has a double bed and a cupboard, one bedroom has two individual beds and a cupboard. The bathroom on this floor has a bath, a toilet and a washing machine. The american kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kitchenware. Internet (WiFi) access is available. On the lower level (access by outside staircase) you will find one bedroom with two individual beds and a cupboard. From this room, you have a view on the mountains. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also available on this floor.

A short distance allows you to reach easily the center of Calpe (3 km) as well as the sandy beach, supermarket ("mas y mas" - 2,3 km), tennis club (1 km) etc.

There are mosquito nets in the rooms. In the bedrooms you will enjoy top-quality bedding.
