The property is 15 mins drive outside of Calpe, which can be a little inconvenient for getting into town but has ample free parking, which is otherwise difficult in town. We visited in December so didn’t use the pool etc.
The kitchen didn’t have cleaning things for washing dishes but I suspect most people who visit don’t cook.

Das Bad war ok, immer warmes Wasser und auch die Größe war gut. Der Duschvorhang musste mal gewechselt werden, war unten alles schimmelig.
Die Ausstattung des gesamten Appartement war alt und runtergekommen. Eine Generalrenovierung wäre angebracht.
Stühle im Esszimmer völlig durchgesessen.Sofa haben wir uns nicht drauf gesetzt, alles voller Flecken.
Betten waren alle durchgelegen. Die Flecken auf dem Fußboden waren noch vom Vorgänger vorhanden. Besteck und Töpfe schmuddelig. Nur 1 Weinglas. Spülbecken war voller Dreck und Sand.
Die Außenanlage war ungepflegt.
