Good location with parking

The property is 15 mins drive outside of Calpe, which can be a little inconvenient for getting into town but has ample free parking, which is otherwise difficult in town. We visited in December so didn’t use the pool etc.

The kitchen didn’t have cleaning things for washing dishes but I suspect most people who visit don’t cook.

Why can’t you put bin bags, washing up liquid and a tea towel in the kitchen and something to wipe the pots and kitchen tops with?! I bought a years worth of washing up liquid for a weeks stay. Just wasteful.

This place was so lovely, it's location was perfect for us as we had a car to get around, there is a lot of hills so you need to be super fit. The best asset I found was Sabrina the receptionist, she was so lovely I've never met such a nice person, who went above and beyond her duties for us. I will definitely go back there again.

The mosquitos as I'm allergic and they are everywhere in the Costa Blanca so I suggest plenty of repellent for the trip.

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Sabrina is so lovely! Amazing location for us, quiet yet close to what we wanted (we were out there rock climbing). You do need a car to get aroun easily, or need to use a taxi if you fancy a drink and want to go into the main town. Apartments are spacious and super clean! We will definitely visit again!

Missing a few basics that would have been helpful for a short stay in self catering, for example: washing up liquid, sponges, and tea towels.

Superb

We loved our little home from Spain as we like to say. Good room size, we had two bedrooms, a living room with a small kitchen equipped with the essentials to handle cooking. For a family with small children it is a very important thing. Great value for money.

It was not clean, there were bugs in the fridge on arrival. Th electric system was on and off. The electrician was not able to fix it. We had to find out what happened en think of a solution.

Easy parking, No steps or carpets to trip over, Plentiful hot water. No noisy people or pubs. Very helpful manager. The exceptionally low price in November compared with the rest of Calpe.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear y los colchones muy viejos, las sillas se enganchan en los pijamas de los remiendos que llevan. Los sofás están para cambiar ni en la basura los cogería nadie. Los armarios se caen a pedazos. No pudimos colgar la ropa. Fuimos un finde que hacía mucho aire y una ventana del salón estaba rota y entraba aire por el cristal y tuvimos que remendarla como pudimos para que no se nos rompiera más... En fin todo muy viejo y mal

No anava amb moltes pretensions pero Molt per sota del que esperava

Calefacció bona, amabilitat de recepció, llits, bona ducha.

El pitjor qmb diferència es la neteja, plat microones amb llet, peluses sota llit de fa molt. Invasió de formigues no podies deixar res a la cuina. Pala del recollidor trencada. Pocs gots, plats, no tostadora ni forn. Per una familia no es. Per a estudiants als qui no els importi massa la neteja.

La atención de Sabrina fue muy buena, muy amable. En las noches se estaba muy a gusto en las habitaciones gracias a la calefacción, hay sitio para aparcar cómodamente junto a las habitaciones. El sitio es tranquilo y acogedor alejado de la civilización. Los muebles a juego con el lugar.

Deberían informar que no hay nada de papel, servilletas, trapos de cocina, jabones, estropajo, lavavajillas, absolutamente nada de lo que habitualmente se necesita en un apartamento. Por lo que antes de ir hay que prepararse una gran lista de la compra, porque está lejos de cualquier lugar donde comprar comida, cosas de limpieza o medicamentos. No nos dejaron utilizar la pista de tenis incluso avisando antes de ir y en el checkin nuestro interés por utilizarla. Los muebles tienen polvo, las puertas chirrian y rascan contra el suelo, debajo de las camas y armarios hay bolas de pelo saludando como si llevaran ahi toda la vida, es una pena porque dejando cuatro cositas en la cocina y baños y poniendo un poquito de cariño en la limpieza, el sitio sería un 10. No repetiría si no mejoran en estos aspectos.

Apartamento muy limitado pero anfitrion muy atento.

Las instalaciones del complejo eran bastante buenas. Una piscina limpia, amplia y tranquila. Pistas de tenis, gimnasio y amplias zonas para estar tranquilo. En mi caso viajé con amigos a finales de octubre (quiero entender que en campaña alta no tendrá nada de tranquilo esto). La atención del anfitrión fue buena. Fue atenta en todo momento

El apartamento tenia muchas carencias a nivel de limpieza. La cocina tenia polillas muertas que tenian pinta de llevar un tiempo ahí. Hay que tener cuidado con los mosquitos, los jardines están infectados a si que lo mejor es que no tengas las puertas abiertas (las ventanas tienen todas mosquiteras). En verano tiene que ser un poco complicado ya que el apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado....

Para mí, un encanto

Un sitio muy bonito con amplia zona para descansar. En plena naturaleza, hay muchos animalitos (igual es una molestia, depende de para quién). El apartamento tiene terraza o patio, vistas bonitas, cocina con salón, 2 dormitorios con camas cómodas y baño con ducha o bañera. En la zona común hay piscina, parque infantil, pista de tennis.. muy relajante. El personal es muy amable, Sabrina resuelve todas las dudas y necesidades que tengas y hace que tu estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Rcomiendo tener vehículo propio para llegar al apartamento o ir a la playa. Hay mucha cuesta y laberinto en el trayecto.

Lo mejor la ubicación a 5 minutos en coche a Calpe, 15 minutos a Altea y 20 a Benidorm

Lo que mas me gusto es la picina , estaba super agradable y la recepcionista Sabrina totalmente amable, siempre bien predispuesta ,amorosa y muy profesional.Desayuno no había y la cafetera era de las que llevan filtro.Tomar un cafe como dios manda implicaba ir al centro.

La limpieza no me parecio buena ya que soy muy escrupulosa y los cristales estaban muy sucios para mi gusto. El sofa estaba bastante sucio, todo marcado los apoya brazos y la zona de descanso . Por lo menos una funda limpia para disimular seria necesaria.

Una hermosa experiencia .

Nos gustaron todas las instalaciones, la verdad que para desconectar un poco de la ciudad, está en un lugar precioso entre montañas yo diría la combinación perfecta mar y montañas , y el precio estaba bastante bien, ya que buscábamos y de 600€ no bajaba otros sitios. Nos gustó mucho la amabilidad y atención de la recepcionistas yo en especial tuve una conexión muy bonita con ella, era un amor seguro repetimos.

Creo que el cómo llegar pero tampoco es un misterio porque tomando en cuenta que la ubicación está en una montaña es normal la calles estrechas, está a solo 8 minutos de la playa, respecto a los utensilios de cocina si creo que debería de Aver un poquito más de cosas al alcance o por lo menos revisar que estén en buen estado, también algo de jabón y estropajo para fregar los cacharros, no en plan nuevo o sellados si no algo solo para salir del paso en que lo que se baja a comprar al supermercado mi crítica es constructiva para que los huéspedes puedes sentirse como en casa .
