Villa for cozy holiday on the hill with a beautiful view

Of course! Here’s your review translated into English: ⸻ The villa is located in a truly beautiful spot – up on a hill with lovely views. There’s a wonderful trail nearby for walks in the mountains, perfect for both relaxing strolls and more active outings. The outdoor area is very cozy and full of charm – a great place to unwind. One thing to note is that the villa is made up of two separate apartments, which was a bit of a surprise when we arrived. The host is kind and helpful, who made sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Heerlijk verblijf in bijzonder ruime vakantiewoning met daarbij veel buitenruimte.

De locatie, vlakbij een rustig kiezelstrand en een fijn restaurant (uitstekende cocktails en paella), waar ‘s ochtends vers brood wordt verkocht. Bij het huis (nr. 1T) een groot zwembad, dakterras met fraai uitzicht op zee en een buitenkeuken aan het benedenappartement. Het contact met eigenares Sonia verliep uitstekend (via de app en Spaanse schoonmaakster) en alle apparatuur in het huis werkte. De garage bleef dicht maar er was wel een parkeerplaats naast het huis.

Een paar dagen pech met luidruchtige vakantiegasten aan de andere kant van het ravijn waaraan het huis grenst. En er waren in de avond veel muggen op het terras.

Genial para estancia familiar y de grupos, cálida y confortable

Genial para nuestra estancia familiar. La amplitud de la villa, las condiciones de la piscina, la comodidad de las camas, la cantidad de menaje, la fácil interactividad con la propietaria. Incluso nos permitió salir de la estancia a las 13h, al no tener entrada de otros clientes en ese mismo día. Dispone de frigorífico tanto en la zona de barbacoa como en la cocina de la planta principal. El mobiliario de la barbacoa es suficiente y confortable, así como el del resto de la casa. Salón y cocina amplios y luminosos. También dispone de una terraza en la última planta con muy buenas vistas. En total, tiene 4 alturas con buena distribución. La persona que atiende la llegada y salida de las visitas (Xiomara), amable y eficiente. Dispone de aire acondicionado aunque en las fechas que estuvimos (mediados de mayo), no nos fue necesario utilizarlo.

Aunque indicaba que tiene 2 baños y 2 aseos adicionales, únicamente dispone de 2 baños, uno de ellos con jacuzzi. La contraseña de wifi no está accesible en lugar alguno del router, pero Sonia responde en breves minutos a cualquier incidencia. El espacio físico habilitado para el fuego de la barbacoa es algo pequeño, dificultando preparar una amplia parrilla suficiente para 8 comensales. Se necesita más tiempo y varias tandas. No obstante, y precisamente por ello, facilita la socialización. Jardín bien cuidado. Sonia, la propietaria, nos aseguró que tenía habilitado un espacio anexo para aparcar nuestros coches aunque finalmente, no localizaron la llave del candado que le daba acceso y tuvimos que aparcar en la estrecha calle en la que se sitúa el chalet, aunque, al menos, es una calle cortada con únicamente acceso para otras 2 viviendas. La distancia hasta las playas queda un poco lejos, y con bastantes cuestas; es conveniente utilizar vehículo. Las fechas en las que estuvimos la playa de Puerto Blanco se encontraba cerrada por obras. No llegamos a verificar las condiciones de "Cala Les Urques".
