Villa for very undemanding guests

Was easy to communicate with the office to get the keys. The location of the villa is in the remote private sector. Rooms are quite spacious in the house. Small pool with sun beds. Grill patio. Orange orchid. Table tennis with racquets. Big enough dining table with comfy chairs. Plenty of gadets at the kitchen (simple coffee machine & juice squeezer). Enough dining mongery (bowls, plates, cooking pans, cups, knives, forks etc). Air conditioner in each room (cool/ warm). One bathroom per each floor - each has its own boiler). Spacious front yard for parking. A phone number for extra calls.

Unfortunately a lot. It was problematic to find the villa: first, when putting the full address in Google map to navigate, second, when arriving at the front door (the name of the villa and its address of the front gates does not coincide with the expected). Very simple beds (far from comfy). Uncomfy small pillows. Uncomfy "biting" to skin warm blankets. The house was missing important things that were specified when booking the villa (no towels for pool, no hair dryers). The house was missing such important like: toilet paper, kitchen towels, shower gels, dish washing liquids, tablets for dishwashing machine and detergents for washing machine). When booked I asked for extra bed linen, towels, pillows, blankets. NOTHING was provided. Having such plenty storage space in villa, the host could (but NOT) leave extra blankets, pillows, bed linen, towels) as it is not enough to have one towel unchanged for several days per person (what a shame!). Pool brought crowds of mosquitos (we were lucky not to meet any cockroaches). When I asked the promissed extra towels, there were not provided to the house (it was not comfortable for us to go to the office for each missing thing, 20 min in one way!!!). Yes, there was a phone for extra calls, but you can just talk, NOT get the service. And finally, the blocked on the card deposit was unblocked not within 48 hours as promissed, but on the 5th day.
