The four-bedroom upmarket villa sleeps 10 is situated in the highly sought after area of Calpe "Canuta Baja", the villa is located 3 mins walk to a lovely cove with a sandy beach and Puerto Blanco marina. Very close by there is one of Calpe top restaurants. The villa has been recently renovated to a high standard and comprises 2 single bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms and 2 single sofa beds in the lounge. The lounge is very large and has two air-conditioning machines, part of the walls are covered with large wooden beams bring a level of sophistication to the lounge. The two large sofa beds have ample seating for all guest. The large led tv has a selection of Spanish, English, German and French channels. The fully equipped new kitchen, large fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, vitro ceramic cooking plate dishwasher and toaster, electric kettle, tasteful coffie maker and very large wooded dining table with ample chairs are also located next to the lounge area. The bedrooms have large wardrobes built in. All the bedrooms have a wooden beam feature each room in a different color wood. There are to families bathrooms with showers and wash basin and toilets. In one of the bathrooms there is a new washing machine.

The villa has a private 8 * 4 pool along with two balinese beds for delux relaxing around the pool area. The garden has an ancient olive tree that brings the Mediterranean feel right in you own the garden. The outside dining room has a large wooden table in the shade with chairs and setting

A wonderful stay from start to finish. Management (Juan and Lee) were excellent and very accommodating, as well as making themselves available to reach during our stay. Lee even gave us a lift up to the local supermarket on our first night! Gracias Lee… Location slightly out of Calpe but we were aware of that having read the accommodation information. Two supermarkets and a lovely Chinese (Imperial) a 15 minute walk. Calpe itself around a 25 minute walk. Taxi or walk - your choice! Small cove a five minute walk with a lovely restaurant. If a beach lover, go to Calpe itself. In short, we highly recommend this property for a large family.

A fantastic spacious villa! We enjoyed 10 days in Calpe, the villa is located within walking distance of everything you need (some steep hills!!) a 20-30 min walk to the old town. I would recommend a car for ease. The villa is spacious with a great outside pool area. It’s very peaceful & has lovely gardens to relax with lots of day beds. The pool get sun all day A great welcome pack on arrival & Lee was super helpful with restaurant recommendations etc. Our favourite was Enigma!! Would recommend & would come back again!!

We celebrated my 50:th birthday here - and this really is a nice house with a nice yard and pool in a nice and quiet area, but it has a few flaws. * The fans in the bedrooms are all controlled with the same remote, so you cannot control one without also controlling the others (turn on/off lights or adjusting fan speed). * The double beds had just 1 big duvet - and it was not possible to get any extra * The lock on the door was half broken (but will be fixed soon according to the owner) All things concidered we had a great stay here but just wanted to point out the flaws too so you are aware of them.

Villa size was exactly as described a huge lounge and dinning area. This was excellent for us as we had a 22 month old baby with us and the space for him was fabulous. The fact that the villa is a bungalow and all on one level sold it to us as we felt it was very safe for the baby, which is was. I would recommend that perhaps another sofa or 2 chairs in the lounge would improve the comfort more and a coffee table too. The new barbecue was great. The pool is beautiful but can cloud over and go green if you wear suncream when going in it. We strongly recommend that you need a car to stay here as it was a little disappointing how far we had to travel to a shop, so location for us was not brilliant. Also with having a baby and a pram we found it to difficult to walk anywhere with the roads. We would have liked a resturaunt within walking distance and reasonably priced but there wasn’t any suitable. I also recommend that you re write the temperature on the oven controls as all the symbols have rubbed off and the timer doesn’t work ! There are ample plates and bowls but new cups would be a bonus as they are looking a little tired and the handle broke off one we used. All that being said any issues that we did have Lee sorted out asap and we did enjoy the holiday. Thank you.

Flight was delayed but just made it before midnight so fortunately didn’t have to pay the late check in fee & Lee met us at the property & ran through everything…however once we woke in the morning & checked throughout the villa it was quiet disappointing really, it’s tired & could do with a bit of a refresh, cutlery supplied was dirty, chopping board was snapped in half, some plates n cups dirty & kitchen area just didn’t seem clean, 3 of the bedrooms were of good size & had air con but the 4th bedroom a bit small but most importantly no shutters so my son was woken every morning early due too the light & this room has no air con, blood stain on my sheet, but Lee did drop off a clean one the next day along with clean ones for the day beds outside & some loo rolls, washing powder, citrus candles...The outside of the property is in poor condition, the day beds are situated under a large tree so in the shade & it gets covered in dead leaves, buds dropping from the tree so didn’t really use them, the sun loungers provided have cushions on them but seemed dirty, old & they could either do with a good clean or replaced, extending pole for cleaning pool was broken but you could still use it, there was a broken ornament of a large donkey just left in the garden area along with some broken tiles, fortunately our group was of teenagers & adults so not a hazard but feel if you had a little one it could of been dangerous…

We had such a fantastic couple of days staying at the villa. A mixture of adults and teenagers, it was perfect for us all. The villa had everything we needed- kitchen utensils, hot water, WiFi, smart TV to watch Netflix and YouTube. We couldn't get enough of the mountain view from the pool it was beautiful. The area where the villa is situated in is a very quiet and peaceful area. The closest supermarket is around a 15-20min walk for everything else you would have to get a taxi into town. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday I would definitely recommend staying at the villa.

Very beautiful villa! There is everything you need. Very nice Calpe is not far from the villa, but definitely you need a car to feel comfortable. the beach near the villa has dark sand and not such beautiful like in Calpe.

Stayed for 1 week in this very spacious and modern villa Car hire recommended (space for two cars) 5 min drive from the centre of Calpe and 25 mins from Benidorm Lots of nice beaches nearby Villa has all the usual amenities and more (Washing machine ,ironing board ,hairdryer etc ) Lots of nice touches like charcoal and fire lighters supplied, soft drinks , beer and wine chilling in the fridge You can’t see from the photos but there are sunbeds for poolside . Sun all day and plenty of shade if needed . Large outdoor dining area Highly recommend

We have just spent 10 very enjoyable nights here. The villa was lovely and spacious and immaculate when we arrived. Lee the manager was very kind in letting us check in early. Calpe is beautiful, we had some fantastic meals in the evening there. However you do need a car or be prepared to use local Taxis as it is a good walk into Calpe and very hilly. We enjoyed spending time during the day sunbathing around the pool at the villa and our sons loved spending time in the pool. The only criticism I have is that the pool wasn't cleaned regularly enough however we still had a fantastic holiday in a lovely villa.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful and very spacious villa, we had absolutely everything we needed and it even catered for our 8 month old who loved the amount of space he had to crawl around. 3 min walk to cove was great, the walk into town is okay to but only if you’re up for the hills! Loved our stay here, 5 adults and a 4yr old. Massive amounts of space in this villa, WiFi very good and no issues at all really during our stay. The cleaner even took delivery of some shopping we had delivered and put our frozen stuff away too. Lee was helpful with local info and wasn’t needed during our stay as there were no issues. Couple of restaurants within 10 minute walk but not exactly child friendly in terms of menu wise but lovely food. Nearest supermarket is a good 15minute walk mostly uphill. Calpe old town has plenty of nice traditional restaurants (20-25) minutes walk. Small beach 2minute walk from villa which was ideal for our young one. Overall really enjoyed the location , nice and quite and if you don’t mind a walk highly recommend.

just returned from the villa after staying 2 weeks with our children and grandchildren, we had a very happy stay spending many happy hours in the pool, the villa is of a very good size and well furnished, the property manager (Lee) was very helpfull i would recomend this villa without question.

We stayed at the villa from the 6th-13th April this year. On arrival we were early and Juan was very kind in allowing us to enter the villa before the designated time. The villa itself was exactly as pictured, very clean and well presented. The town was only a 30 min walk away (although up some very steep hills!) and there is a beautiful bay just at the bottom of the hill by the villa itself.

We stayed here the last week in October, the villa was immaculately clean on arrival, the photos do it justice, you will need to hire a car to get around thou, the beach is a short walk from the villa but it is a bit of a climb back up the hill . There are a few restaurants near but they weren’t suitable for younger fussy eaters. We did have a few issues, the one shower flooded and there were no tea towels or a bin, however having pointed this out to Juan it was rectified within 24hours by Ian (Juans representive) . Who had failed to respond when we initially rang him, Having said the he was kind enough to take us to get some provisions as we arrived on a Sunday. There is a tv if you want to watch it and it did have some English speaking channels, the WiFi was excellent even with five of us using it! The washing machine and dishwasher were easy to use. The only criticism if there is any was the boiler didn’t have enough hot water for 6 of us to have a shower one after the other, so we had to tandem these .., the pool was also cold at this time of the year . Some useful take away leaflets would be handy as some won’t deliver that far out of the main town. The view of the hill was lovely and it was a quiet neighbourhood.

We had a very nice holiday in Calpe. Nice beaches, good food. The house was nice. Good beds and clean. The garden was not very well treated, not like on the pictures and do not forget to bring towels for the beach as there are only towels for the use at home.

We arrived to a clean and tidy modern Villa very spacious and my family and I had a wonderful time using the pool the barbecue and all the facilities available. There was more than enough space for all 7 of Us. The views around the villa are fantastic with mountain scenery. the local restaurants were very good there was a beach 5 minutes walk away. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay and I think we will be booking again for next year.

Nice clean villa on arrival. Lovely pool unfortunately we were there for 10 days and no one came round to check the pool or give it a clean which therefore meant we had to clean it ourselves and by the end of our stay it was disgusting. We also received a lower rating for cleanliness by the owner who was not seen once during are stay, as he said the cleaner had to spend an extra hour cleaning the villa which I find highly unlikely had anything to do with us as we cleaned the villa before we left brushing right through and even under the beds which in my opinion look like they have not been done for a while, there was a constant rust puddle in the lounge that we cleaned every day. The villa is not in walking distance to any shops and is all up step hills so hiring a car would be a must. The beach that is described as 2 minutes away is tiny and when we took a walk there we were extremely disappointed. Other than these issues we did enjoy our holiday and stay in the villa but would not consider returning.

Was ideal for myself and 8 friends to get away for 5 days. With a small beach only 100ft away it was great and easily accessible. Calpe Beach is a 15 minute walk away with beach front restaurants and shops. The villa itself is well equipped and very comfortable. The outside BBQ is great and the outdoor dining area is also a great addition.

4adults, 4children lovely villa. Great pool, lovely clean villa. Only issue for us is it was to far away from anything. Small beach within few minutes walk but that's it. Restaurant near by is very expensive and was closed. Good 15 minute walk to supermarket but all up hill and on a very busy road with no pavement. Taxi was costing us approx 12_15 euros each way. Overall beautiful villa in quiet area, great facilities Inc built in BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine but if wanting to go the centre Factor in taxi fares.

Our stay was wonderful. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The home is equipped with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and washer for laundry. It was just a short walk to a small beach, and not far to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. We visited in the off season so many restaurants nearby were closed, but there were many places open near the beach, 5 minutes by car. Overall, this was great!

Estuvimos un grupo de amigos, y la casa nos encantó. La terraza amplia permite hacer ahí las comidas disfrutando del tiempo. Las habitaciones también estaban muy bien. La única pega es que una de las habitaciones no tenía persiana y a los que estamos acostumbrados a ellas se nos hizo un poco difícil dormir cuando salía el sol. Por lo demás es genial.

Meine Freunde und Ich sind super begeistert! Würden dort immer wieder hingehen! Die Lage ist echt ideal, mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten zum nächsten Laden und zu Fuß 3 Minuten zu einem kleinen Strand. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief auch einwandfrei! Nur zu empfehlen und wirklich immer wieder gerne !
