This property is situated perfectly for incredible sunrise views! It's also located conveniently to down-town Calpe and easy access to the surrounding areas, towns, and cities. The pool deck and pool was very nice as well and we enjoyed being able to enjoy the outdoor space.

Ein Traum von einem Haus. Sehr groß in super Lage (man braucht allerdings einen PKW). Man hat eine sehr gute Aussischt auf das Meer und den Penion (Felsen).Aber: In einem Haus, welches nun seit neuestem sogar bis zu 15 Personen angeboten wird, sollte dann auch ausreichend Küchenequipment sein (hier fehlen Sekt–und Weingläser Töpfe Schüsseln...), wir waren dann übrigens mal so nett ein paar Schnapsgläser zu kaufen und sind gespannt ob diese nächstes Jahr noch dort sind. Ebenso gibt es nur einen Tisch für 12 Personen und die Stühle von der Terrasse sind bereits so alt, dass der Weichmacher aus dem Plastik gegangen ist und diese nach und nach kaputt brechen (hier besteht dann auch Verletzungsgefahr!) Die Terrassenstühle sollten alle neu! Ein Staubsauger würde in so einem großen Haus ein wenig zur besseren Bodenhygiene beitragen (hier mangelt es auch oft). Das sind meines Erachtens alles geringe Beträge, die man ruhig mal investieren könnte bei den Mietpreisen ;–) Trotzdem haben wir dieses tolle Haus bereitsfür das nächste Jahr gebucht...werden aber wieder sicherheitshalber mit Gläsern, Messern und Schüsseln anreisen ;–) Reisetipps: Ausflug auf den Monte Toix (quasi direkt nebenan) oder auf den Felsen. Freitags ist Markt in Moraira. Ausflug nach Guadalest, hier gibt es viele Museen und den höchsten Bergfriedhof Europas. Auf dem Weg dahin kann man in Callossa leckeren Honig direkt vom Erzeuger kaufen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, Blick auf das Meer, den ganzen Tag Sonne und einen super Pool.Im unteren Teil des Hauses befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer und dann geht's rauf in den wohn– essbereich mit Küche und zugang zur großen Terrasse. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgerüstet sein und das Sofa im Wohnzimmer könnte auch mal ausgetauscht werden. Auf der nächsten Etage geht es weiter mit 3 Schlafzimmer. Vom größten Schlafzimmer aus geht es auf eine kleine sonnenterasse. Dort wäre ein kleiner Tisch mit Stühlen empfehlenswert. Das Haus befindet sich in Hanglage und die Einfahrt befindet sich in einer Kurve. Mit unserem Bus hatten wir schon einige Schwierigkeiten immer rein und raus zukommen. Reisetipps: Calpe ist eine Reise wert. Der schöne Strand mit dem Meer lädt zum Badeurlaub ein. Wer gerne mehr Action mag kann den Penyal d’Ifac besteigen, kleine Wanderungen unternehmen oder Wassersport betreiben. Vom Haus aus kann man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten am großen Strand sein. Parken im Parkhaus oder kostenfreian der Hauptverkehrsstraße und ein bisschen laufen. Hat man keine Lust auf fahren kann man auch die Straße runterlaufen, dort befindet sich ein kleiner Hafen mit einem Strand.

Tolles Haus, super Lage. Es war alles prima. Nur die Böden waren nicht sauber, überall Haare. 2100 Euro für eine Woche da sollte doch alles sauber sein. Wir sind nicht so pingelig und das war auch kein Riesen Problem. Habe auch den Vorschlag gemacht einen Staubsauger anzuschaffen Das würde die Sache vereinfachen. Mal sehen beim nächsten mal ob einer da ist Ansonsten alles super , toller Urlaub kommen wieder
