During your stay, you'll be renting both floors of the home therefore, you will have access to the entire duplex.
This home is a duplex and features two bedrooms with queen beds on the first floor and 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 full size beds on the second floor.
The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always readily available.
No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

We had a great stay. There were 10 of us total, ranging from 1-60. There was plenty of space for us to hang out together or go off on our own. The host was responsive when we could not get the code to work on the upstairs unit and that was the only major problem we had. Would absolutely stay again, especially when it’s warmer out since there is a deck and a spacious back yard.

The location was minutes to most of the main activities we had planned such as Casinos and Boulevard Brewery. We had lunch in the Crossroads and a dinner on the Plaza. All of this was less than 10 minutes from the house. The two separate apartments were great allowing areas congregate and another to be quieter and allow guests to rest without intrusion.

Nice space, a nice 100 year old home but had some good renovations to keep everything easy to use. We had both the upstairs and the downstairs units. 8 guys for a sports trip this place has everything you need, including a big driveway if you are bringing things for tailgating.
Great location that was easy for transportation to and from everywhere. If I ever come back I would definitely consider staying there again.

This property worked well as we had 8 adults and two children in town for a wedding. Nice place and centrally located.
