Incredible beautiful home ! Great location close to kc

Super clean house!Perfect for a family trip lots of beds and space Pool and hot tub is perfect and the back patio is a perfect hangout space to be outside with loved ones

This house was gorgeous everywhere inside the home and patio, pool, hot tub. The owner was very generous with provisions and allowing us to stay past check out time. I would rent again!I would say it is in need of new pillows (they are mostly flat) and I'm not a fan of microfiber sheets but love hotel quality cotton, cool and crisp.

Great location ! Very responsive and nice host !! House was great very roomy and loved the extra games in converted garage area ! We will stay again !!

We came to Kansas City for a wedding. The property was nice. Kitchen area and living room area was large and open. The backyard and pool area was very nice. Bedrooms were good size. House could use some maintenance, things like loose faucets and faucets not working. Patio furniture was worn out. The hot tub had some sort of lotion that was floating all around in it and after discovering it we didn’t use. The pool was supposed to have been heated , but was hard to tell because water felt cold and kept most guests from using. Mattresses in large bedroom in lower area were worn out and need to be replaced. Check in was at 4:00 pm and we arrived 25 minutes early and I received a text reminding me that check in was at 4 pm. Upon entering house and checking it out the vacuum was left in the pool and I had to remove which wasn’t a problem, but later that evening when we were all enjoying the backyard pool people showed up to check the chemical balance of the pool and sort of interrupted are evening. We didn’t let it bother us, but it was odd. All in all we enjoyed are stay and had fun. Property could have been prepared a little better.
