We had a good stay and it worked great for a family gathering for a family weekend. I anticipated having a few more kitchen utensils as I made pancakes and had to make due without a spatula to flip them with.

Our family traveled to Kansas City for an event at the Kaufman center downtown. This place was extremely close to the highway in a quiet neighborhood with all of the amenities we needed. It was a quick drive to downtown and property is located in a safe neighborhood.

It was clean and spacious. The host was easy to work with.Needs new pillows, could use a railing for the outside front stairs. And repair spindle on interior stair railing
