Sitting Room – Three seater sofa, large matching armchair and further padded chair are orientated around a large inglenook fireplace with a modern log burner. There is also a 42” Sky integrated Smart TV with access to a plethora of channels.
First Floor
Nayland Bedroom – With King-size bed, matching bedside tables & lamps, chest of drawers and cloths hanging alcove.
En-suite Shower-room – Serving the Nayland Bedroom with walk-in power-shower, hand basin and lavatory.
Stoke Bedroom – With Super King-sized matching bedside tables & lamps, chest of drawers and a cupboard. A low doorway is the centuries old original and does requiring ducking.

Staircase – Is on the steeper side though not severe, so not recommended for those with restricted mobility.
Outside
Surrounding Patio – There is a patio all around the cottage which is at its widest to the West overlooking a large immaculately tended lawn, flower beds and rolling fields beyond which are frequent filled with livestock. This sun terrace has an outdoor dining table & four chairs along with a BBQ, two sunlounges and a raised fire pit. Sunsets at their inspiring best.
Garden – The lawn around the cottage is for your private use and next to the driveway it is delignated by a low hedge the other side of which is for the use of the neighbouring barn conversion.
