A new and luxurious conversion of an 19th Century coach house set within the grounds of a classic Victorian vicarage. Kitchen - Extensive marble worktops include a large butlers sink, generous cupboard space, built-in tall fridge freezer, 5 ring electric hob and double cooker, dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine in the utility room.
Dining Area - Farmhouse wooden table with spacious seating for four.
Sitting Area - Open plan connected to dining area with double seater sofa and two upholstered chairs orientated around a 40" Smart TV next to a chest of drawers.
The Stable Bedroom - Super king-sized bed that can split into two singles, elegant bedside tables with reading lamps and large built-in wardrobe.
En-suite Shower Room - Large walk-in shower, lavatory and hand basin.
Shared Games Room - Accessed through the courtyard with table tennis and table football which is available when not in use by the owner.
First Floor
The Hayloft Bedroom -Super king-sized bed astride solid oak floor, bold bedside tables with reading lamps and extensive built-in wardrobes.
En-suite Bathroom - Freestanding designer bath, separate large walk-in shower, lavatory and hand basin.
Outside
Large enclosed sun terrace with raised flower bed running down one side and includes outside seating for four. Through locally make iron gates is access to a large field which guests can use beyond which are extensive footpaths and country walks.
