About this house rental
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. You will love this old-school updated semi-detached house on a large peaceful block with high standing double carport.
It has three large bedrooms upstairs: 2x King Bedrooms and 1x Queen Bedroom.
The bathroom is renovated in classic style.
Downstairs has a huge living space, a modern kitchen with a laundry accessing the large outside yard and clothesline.
This property is located in the heart of Narrabundah, close to Kingston and an easy drive to all that Canberra has to offer.
It is set on two living levels, with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, and living and kitchen areas downstairs.
The yard is fully fenced, so pets are allowed outside and downstairs only. Please inform us when you book by 'adding pets' into your number of guests selection.
We love that this property is renovated old classic style! But please manage this within your expectations when booking (ie, a few creaking floorboards, one bathroom only with one toilet etc).
Heating is provided with portable heater options in the home. There is also a large gas heater in the downstairs fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay.
Guests have full and exclusive use of this home. There are no shared spaces with guests or neighbours.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Our border collie loved the cubby house. It’s old but spotless.Beds are comfortable and it’s a spacious house.It’s going to be my regular Canberra stopover.The stairs my be a problem for elderly people

Great location, close to everything and nice quiet neighbourhood.House was very cold so rug up - took a while to get the gas heater started and even longer to get working. 3 oil heaters - only 2 working, unable to locate any additional bedding for warmer blankets for beds.Yard not ideal for dogs - short gate and gaps in fencing. Glass and rubbish found around the yard so did not let our dog go outside.Some minor issues with the bathroom (towel and toilet roll holders not firmly secured to wall, bathroom door difficult to close due to hinges needing tightening).
