About this apartment rental
Peaceful top floor apartment with everything you need! It has its own covered car space and plenty of visitor parking too. With three bedrooms and one bathroom (with separate toilet), this apartment is fully equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, large corner bath. There is A/C and heating to the main living space. It is centrally located in Woden, a 5 minute walk to the hospital, 10 minute walk to Woden Westfield and 5 minute walk to a beautiful park area Eddison Park.
There are three bedrooms easily accommodating 6 guests - one King, one Double, one twin (2x singles). The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-floor building (please note it is stair access only).
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

-The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-floor building (please note it is stair access only). No lift.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
1. There are STRICTLY no parties allowed in this apartment.
2. Loud noise past 10pm is prohibited. We have noise monitors that will alert us to this.
3. Strictly no smoking, including on the balcony.

Property was as advertised. Not a great area but quiet. Bedding and rooms were clean and comfortable but there was some mould above the tv. Everything worked but no provisions, tea or sugar etc. Good value overall.
