What a great location for a quick weekend getaway to Avon/Beaver Creek! The condo was just as described and pictured! Clean, comfortable, peaceful; everything you want when you go on vacation! We did not cook, but the kitchen had absolutely everything that you would need to make a meal! We loved the ease of accessing the Eagle Valley Trail for morning walks! We would highly recommend this condo!

There are so many things that we loved about this condo. The proximity to everything was great, especially the Bear parking lot (literally a few minutes drive). The condo was updated, clean, & the beds were very comfortable. Booking with iTrip was an easy process, I loved receiving the guidebook prior to arrival, and text updates throughout our stay was nice. Overall, super happy that we picked this condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lodge at Brookside. The location is great – just a short walk to Bear Lot where you can catch the bus to the Village. Super convenient! The condo has everything you need to stay in and cook or just relax by the fireplace. The updates throughout the space give it all the modern comforts you could want, making it feel really cozy and nice. The underground parking spot is a major plus, super convenient no matter the weather. You can get from your car to the condo without any hassle. Our time at the Lodge at Brookside was so wonderful that we are already looking forward to our next visit. For anyone seeking a serene and comfortable retreat in Beaver Creek, we wholeheartedly recommend this charming lodge. Whether for a week or a weekend, it promises a memorable stay.

nice place to stay. however, a few buts... no closet in the master bedroom (it's locked as the owners closet) and no dresser in the master bedroom. The frying pans are trash and if your going to cook you need to bring your own. this location is near the road so be ready for road noise. it is not near anything so a car or bus is required. the bus schedule is hard to understand and further instructions would be helpful. The unit was always at 70 degrees or more without the heat on; made sleeping tough without the window open and noise from the road.
