About this apartment rental
Cozy3Bed/2Bath condo perfectly located across from Beaver Creek. Across the street from the free Beaver Creek shuttle at the Bear Lot, and Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. For our summer guest there is a bike path right behind us that will take you to Avon or Edwards for shopping, restaurants, groceries and more.
Our place is so close to the free Beaver Creek shuttle at the Bear Lot, and the Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. No need to find parking and lug your ski n ride equipment through town. If you have little kids, you know how hard that can get! We often ski right across the parking lot after a storm.
There’s a delicious Mexican restaurant right across the street, Agave, with $1 taco’s on Tuesdays and some delicious Margaritas.
Premiere Ski Delivery can deliver rental equipment to the apartment and is a service we have often used and found competent. There is a lift ticket office at the Landing, so you needn’t travel all the way up to Beaver Creek village (7mins).
The bus to Vail and Edwards and all the restaurants, shops and cinema is also only 100 yards from the front door and leaves every 30min. If you want to walk around the lake, that’s just 5min walk away, and another 15min will have you in the center of Avon. If walking is out, then the local bus comes every 30mins.

We loved staying at Randy's! It had plenty of room for our group of 6, is clean and well furnished, and is conveniently right across the street from the Bear Lot shuttle and close to everything in the Beaver village. We had a couple suggestions for stocking a few more kitchen basics, but we were still able to cook everything we wanted. Hosts were super communicative via messaging and the check in and out was easy. We would love to be back!

Nice 3 bedroom condo. Close to the Bear lot. Slightly more dated and didn't have a lot of closet or storage space. Had games for the kids and host was amazing with communication.
