Avon restaurants and shops are a little over a mile away, and on-site amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym (including a Peloton bike!).
At the condo itself, you’ll find a cozy, light-filled space. In warm months, start the day on your private patio with a cup of coffee in hand, then step inside to make some breakfast. The full, well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets you need to prepare favorite recipes. Pool is closed during fall and winter season.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
