We had a great time at the condo. It was so easy to walk to the shuttle bus at the Bear lot to go to Beaver Creek. The place was clean, parking was really easy and communication with owner was great.

This condo was amazing. Jaime was incredibly responsive and the location could hardly be better: only steps from the Beaver Creek bus. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Avon.

The condo was as advertised on the listing. It was a bit smaller than we expected, especially the family room, but overall still a nice place. It has a great location right across the street from the Bear Parking lot and shuttle. Was concerned it was still going to be a decent walk especially carrying ski equipment, but it wasn’t.

Loved this condo! Jaime was an excellent host, answering any questions I had very quickly. Great communication. The condo is very clean and has all the amenities you expect and more. The kitchen has very nice appliances, and high end cabinetry with all the things you would need to prepare a nice family meal. I especially appreciated that there is a hair blow dryer, clothing washer detergent pods & dryer sheets, dishwasher cleaning tabs and each bathroom has built in shower dispensers with body soap, shampoo and conditioner. My 27 y/o son is 6' 3" and stayed in the room with the bunk beds and said the bed was long enough so he was very comfortable. I REALLY appreciated that there was a thermostat in each bedroom and one located in the main living area. So, we were able to adjust the temperature to each of our needs for comfort. And, I love that the door entry was keyless, so no keys to have to keep track of! There's lots of hangers and closet space in the master bedroom. And, there's lots of really comfy blankets so you can snuggle up in the living room. I also liked that each bedroom and main living area have multi-port chargers for USB A & C types. Those came in very handy. The leather couch is quite comfortable. And, the smart TVs have everything to keep you entertained into the late evening. There's a really nice Mexican restaurant called Agave, right across the street. And, you really couldn't be better situated for access to all the free bus transport

This property was in the perfect location for my daughter’s soccer tournament. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Avon is a beautiful location in the fall.

The condo was just as pictured. Well decorated, clean, all essentials were included. Beds were comfortable. As the weather was very warm, air conditioning would have been a huge plus. Fans were provided, but it got hot in the afternoon. The neighborhood is largely residential, with other residents apparently workers in the surrounding area. People were very friendly. Lots of conveniences nearby, like pharmacy and grocery stores. I would stay there again, but perhaps not in August. Owner responsive and helpful.

We had a really amazing trip to Colorado. The condo was nice and clean and suited us very well. My only issue is the lack of one detail in the description. There is no A/C at all. Only one ceiling fan in the place as well. There are portable fans, but they really just push hot air around. It cooled off at night and we finally figured out how to bring in the cold air with those fans, but it took a couple of very miserable nights before we got that working. We are from the south and that detail would have been very helpful to know beforehand. We did reach out to the host about it. She simply said that if we “are a family that NEEDS A/C,” then maybe we should stay elsewhere. Not the nicest response, but maybe we caught her on a bad day. Overall, we had a wonderful time. I just wish the air conditioning detail had been put out there in advance.

We had a great ski trip with this condo ans our home base for 5 nights. It was so easy to walk across the street to the Bear Lot to hop on the express busses to Beaver Creek base or use Beaver Creek Connect to Bachelor Gulch. Jaime’s condo has every detail thought out with high quality furnishings and decor (even down to Christmas decorations when we went at New Years). This is by far the nicest VRBO/rental we’ve had for a ski trip anywhere - thank you, Jaimie!

We intended to ski Beaver Creek, and this location was central to everything, including many great dining locations. The condo was stocked with everything you would possibly need. To boot holiday decorations were up, made the condo festive and felt like home. Most importantly, we could not have asked for a better host. Family of four - two adults and two children (ages 3 and 6). This was the perfect location, with easy access to restaurants and nearby the slopes. The condo was supplied with all items you would ever need! Updated renovations with high quality furnishing and appliances. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the fireplace was a nice bonus. Updated, remodeled property that was well equipped with everything you could need. Location was close to Highway for easy access to hiking and restaurants. Only complaint would be that it was listed as having A/C which it did not. Very stuffy on warm afternoons. There were fans that do the job of cooling the place off at night, but were not enough to keep it cool during the day. Realize this is typical of mountain homes, but it needs to be accurately listed for those that may require A/C for health reasons.

Location is great! This is perfect from all aspects! First, I will start by saying that communication with the Owner was very easy and quick. Jamie was very responsive. Second, the place was very clean and well organized. You literally have everything that you might need and above! Mostly everything is brand NEW, so please enjoy the space and leave it in the same condition you have found it or maybe better, if you can. You can see they invested a lot in the condo. The condo is completely renovated and is very nice. You can tell this is a family’s vacation home and not simply a short-term rental flip. It was fully loaded with kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities. We walked across the street and hoped on the free Beaver Creek ski bus to ride just one stop to the lift. At the end of the day we simply walked (downhill) about 12 minutes back to the condo. Would enjoy staying here again.

Such a nice condo. The kitchen is set up the way you would expect at the home of someone who loves to cook--much nicer than I expected in a rental. The washer, dryer, and other appliances are home quality--again nicer than I expected in a rental. It took me a while to figure out that you walk across Highway 6 to the Beaver Creek Bear Lot to catch the free shuttle to Beaver Creek (just a note to help people who stay here in the future). Jaime is great to deal with. Great host! The condo is small--it's a ski condo. If you want it to feel spacious, stick to 3 or 4 guests max.

This was perfect. Jamie is a great communicator and the place is as advertised - no surprises. The remodel was fantastic and the fireplace was warm and cozy. Could not beat sitting by the fireplace with an early morning cup of coffee before hitting the slopes for the day. Beds were also super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. This was just fantastic.
