About this apartment rental
Completely remodeled condo with gorgeous high end finishes throughout. Located right at the base of Beaver Creek Resort and the bike path. This condo was remodeled to the studs. Beautifully furnished with vaulted ceilings and good light. Enjoy the south facing patio in the evenings. Walk across the street to take the free Beaver Creek shuttle up to the slopes in the winter. In the summer it's an easy stroll to Nottingham Park to play tennis, enjoy the lake, beach and outdoor concert pavilion. Avon Business License No. 015482

We had a great stay. The property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The owner was super responsive and check in was a breeze. We enjoyed being able to open the windows at night and let the cool mountain air in. Property was just as described, everything was sparkling clean and comfortable.

The place was amazing and the location was perfect. The bus was right across the street and less than 1 minute ride to the lift. Definitely recommend and would book again.

We had a great time at the condo. It was so easy to walk to the shuttle bus at the Bear lot to go to Beaver Creek. The place was clean, parking was really easy and communication with owner was great.
