Wi-Fi, and the basics for an easy stay. Third bedroom offers office space in addition to bunk beds. Relax on the front porch in this lovely neighborhood. Just a few blocks from main street’s offering of coffee shops, restaurants & entertainment. MCT bus stop across the street for easy access to SIUE & St. Louis.

The unit has a large, sunny kitchen set up to meet your cooking and beverage needs, and lovely dining room and living room area to gather and relax. Smart TVs in living room and first two bedrooms. Note that this is the main level apartment in a 3-unit bungalow. All apartments have separate entrances. Common areas includes patio in back of house and washer and dryer in laundry room (nicely converted garage). Street parking is available.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy 3-bedroom apartment right in historic downtown Edwardsville. The space was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The hosts were fantastic—always available to answer questions and genuinely welcoming. During an unexpected snowfall, they went above and beyond by letting us know where to find a shovel and ice melt, which made us feel truly cared for. It was an excellent experience, and we look forward to returning during our next extended visit to Edwardsville, IL.

Perfectly situated, clean, wonderfully appointed (soaps, makeup wipes, variety of coffee and tea), board games, nice beds and bedding and towels. Check in/out was easy and directions clear. Charming home. thank you!

This was the nicest VRBO that we’ve ever stayed at. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom had plenty of items for our entire stay. The host was awesome and answered my texts right away before we arrived. It was a perfect rental for us as we celebrated our son and daughter-in-law’s Wedding weekend.

I come to the area frequently to see my older Dad. This is the best place in the area by far. The location is perfect for walking to great restaurants, coffee shops and a cute farmers market. I work remotely and the desk in the 3rd bedroom was truly an added bonus. From the moment i walked iin I say "omg i would live here" not a detail missed in the resoration of this beautiful place. The shower is to die for. Beds are comfy and the owner is super responsive. The kitchen has everything you could need too! I will definitely stay again!
