Location was great and fit the needs of our guys trip. The rental property needs to be cleaned, painted, and restocked. There were three coffee cups and 1 spoon. Ultimately, it served our purposes well.

The location of this property was fantastic! We also loved the layout and the use of space, it was perfect for us and our travelers. We had a couple of concerns upon our arrival but the property manager was attentive and very responsive. We would happily have rated this property higher if it was kept up better.The property is run down and was not very clean. Everything needs to be cleaned and painted and the floor was 'replaced' at some point but needs repair as well. The kitchen was ill equiped with worn out pots and pans so we could not cook meals there.
