This is a fully furnished villa with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room with TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen and dining area. Well luminated drive way and carport for off street parking. Washer and dryer. Bedroom #1 has queen sized bed, bedroom #2 has full sized bed, and bedroom #3 has daybed with trundle. You would be within walking distance of McKendree University, Horner Park and our historic brick street district with restaurants and unique shopping.

This is a lovely home that really provides a home feel that is clean, quiet and welcoming. We’ve stayed at rentals all over (L.A., D.C., Chicago, Seattle, New Orleans) and this home is the cleanest and offers the accommodations needed for a family. It’s the small things like Kleenex tissue, extra toothpaste, etc. that makes this home feel like home. We’ve stayed here now 4x when we’re in the Southern Illinois area, and plan to do so yearly.

We just got home, Everything went great. I appreciate it. Tried to clean up most things before we left. And left a little food and water bottles for the guys during the week. Hopefully that was ok. Thanks again for everything.
