The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building in the centre of Varazze. With 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed), 1 bathroom, and a living room with an open-plan kitchen, the property can accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The apartment also has a balcony, adjacent to the kitchen, where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings. Centrally located, it is 100 meters from the beach and just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from restaurants and bars. Directly next to the property you will find a bakery and delicatessen. In this excellent location, it overlooks the town's main square, with about 500 free parking spaces where on Saturdays it turns into the town market space with about sixty stalls from street vendors.
In 10-minute walk you will reach the Port of Varazze, with its restaurants, elegant shops and hundreds of yachts of various sizes. Also a 10-minute walk away is the famous Lungomare Europa, a 5 km long promenade, which connects Varazze to the town of Cogoleto thanks to a pedestrian street on the old single-track route of the Genoa-Ventimiglia railway. Furthermore, the apartment is approximately 12 km from Savona and 37 km from Genoa.
