Great option, but too close to the railways.
The view and environment, not far from the beach.
Too close to the train station, you could listen to the trains when they were passing by if the window was open. One of the rooms were stinking a bit, it looked like someone was living there for long.

Gut für einen Zwischenstopp, großzügiges Appartement, freundlicher Vermieter
Wir haben das Appartement als Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern kurzfristig für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht, nachdem unsere geplante Übernachtung ausgefallen war. Der Vermieter Stefano war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, trotz später Anreise nach 22:00 Uhr konnten wir eine problemlose Schlüsselübergabe machen, er hatte noch wertvolle Tipps fürs Frühstück und war sehr sympathisch. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, alles sauber, die Betten bequem, Sicht aufs Meer, also alles wunderbar! Es liegt allerdings in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, was nachts sehr laut war, offenbar ist ein Nachtclub in der Nähe, wir haben keine Musik gehört, aber es war nachts viel los inklusive einem lautstarken Streit am Bahnhof. Am nächsten Morgen hat uns aber das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Meer und Hafen versöhnt!
Achtung bitte für Gäste mit breitem Auto: Wir haben einen relativ schlanken VW Sharan, damit kamen wir den schmalen Weg zum Parkplatz gut hoch. Oben gibt es aber keine Wendemöglichkeit, wenn man spät anreist/abfährt und alle anderen Parkplätze belegt sind. Da wir früh los mussten, sind wir dann die schmale Straße rückwärts gefahren, was eine Millimeterarbeit war. Schwierig bis unmöglich sicherlich mit einem breiten SUV. Außerdem: wir fanden das Appartement gut für unseren Zweck, aber doch recht teuer.

Tanti gradini per arrivare, gli spazi esterni sono condivisi con gli altri ospiti della villa e se vuoi mangiare fuori ma c'è qualcun'altro non si può fare ..

Una breve gita di relax sul mare
La posizione con un panorama indimenticabile sulla zona portuale di Varazze è un valore aggiunto per un alloggio come questo. Inoltre il parcheggio interno e coperto e lo spazio all'aperto permettono di valorizzare l'alloggio.
Non ci sono grandi difetti da evidenziare, forse le scale da percorrere per raggiungere dal parcheggio all'alloggio, tuttavia proprio questa connessione diretta lo rendono unico per la zona in cui è situato.
