Not a big criticism but the instructions were a little challenging and resulted with us having to call the host to get the garage unlocked.

Alles super

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr zentral in 10 minuten ist man am Strand zu Fuß. Eigene Garage. Zu Groß darf das Auto aber nicht sein. Ich hatte mit meinem Audi Q2 aber keine Probleme. Klimaanlage und Heizung in jedem Raum. Schöner Balkon von dem man auch in der Ferne das Meer sieht. Supermarkt direkt am Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🤩

Keine Elektrische Belüftung im Badezimmer. Aber sonst alles super 👍

Appartement tout équipé spacieux et lumineux

Premier impact de l'appartement lumineux et gigantesque (en tout cas pour nous deux). Maria et Alessandro nous ont transmis comme convenu toutes les informations nécessaires d'accès la veille de notre séjour. Nous avons dû les solliciter à 2 reprises pour des détails que nous avions mal retenu et leur réactivité a été très précieuse. L'appartement ne manque de rien, équipement cuisine plus que complet pour des vacances (four, micro-onde, 6 plaques, frigo, congélateur, grille-pain, bouilloires, machine à café (avec capsules), balance de cuisine, sandwich-grill, essoreuse à salade, etc... on a manqué de rien et la vaisselle est prévue pour 6 au minimum avec un lave-vaisselle à disposition. Tout est spacieux, la salle de bain avec lave-linge et fer à repasser, la buanderie pour le tri des déchets, balai et aspirateur, les 2 chambres et le salon-salle à manger. Sans oublier le balcon avec 2 chaises longues. Vraiment rien à redire. Avec la Coop juste au-dessous du bâtiment, bien pratique quand il pleut ou pour les achats de dernières minutes après une journée de plage ou de marche. Emplacement idéal pour démarrer des balades en nature, un peu en retrait de la ville et de la plage (15 minutes à pied tout au plus) et une vue dégagée sur la cour intérieure.

Heel tevreden met onze verblijf bij holiday Suite 3. Comfortabel, schoon, rustig. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Parkeren in de parkeergarage en parkeren bij de promenade, echt handig. Heel vriendelijke eigenaresse Maria. Wij hopen een keer terug te keren.

Breve soggiorno di lavoro

Un appartamento grande, con tutti i confort, pulizia eccellente, posto macchina in box sotterraneo e con la possibilità di chiuderlo a chiave (l'appartamento si raggiunge con l'ascensore direttamente dal garage ...comodissimo!). Facilmente raggiungibile e a 5 minuti dal lungomare. Host disponibilissima e gentile in ogni mia richiesta.

Schön Einrichtung, tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber, gute Lage

Schöne, moderne, hochwertige Einrichtung, tolle Ausstattung der Küche (Ofen, Mikrowelle, 5 Gasflammen, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher usw . - aber auch solche Dinge wie Pürierstab, Küchenwaage, Sandwichtoaster, elektrische Zitruspresse usw. sind nicht selbstverständlich), sehr sauber, - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Supermarkt unten im Haus (wenngleich kein wirklich schönes Einkaufszentrum). Tiefgaragenstellplatz sehr praktisch (weiteren innenstadtnahen Parkplatz haben wir nicht genutzt, aber sicherlich sehr praktisch). Kontakt mit Vermieterin sehr unkompliziert. Zu Fuß ins Centro, zum Meer und zum Bahnhof jeweils etwa 15 Minuten.

Fensterläden in den Schlafzimmern waren eigenartigerweise festgeschraubt und waren nicht ganz zu öffnen. Nach Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin haben wir die Schrauben gelockert und Fensterläden geöffnet. Küchenfenster aus Milchglas - wäre schöner, wenn man rauschauen könnte (aber auch nicht schlimm so wie es ist).
