About this bed and breakfast
Modern, stylish and efficient 'Carriage House' home with its own private front courtyard and hot tub. This home is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and large screen TV making it comfortable for long stays or short vacations.
Parking is either free on the street or guests may use a private off street spot behind the carriage house.
The owners live in the main house in front and there is no shared space.
What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. The unit was perfect for our group of 3 sisters. The location was perfect as well. Close to downtown and River st. The few questions we did have were answered promptly. The jacuzzi topped it off! Would definitely stay again!
