About this apartment rental
Walk less than a minute out the front door and on to the private white sand beach, or make use of the swimming pool on the property. The french doors in the living room open on to a private balcony providing a view of the beach and in the evening don’t miss the world renowned Negril sunset. The outside seating adds to your comfort as you sip the local rum punch and enjoy your bit of paradise.
Sanitisation stations strategically positioned throughout the condo for your convenience. Strict attention given to prescribed world class sanitation practices.
The air-conditioned open concept living /dining room allows for that special meal at the six seater wooden round dinning table. The comfortable 4 seater bed/settee together with the beautiful bamboo arm chairs are the perfect setting for watching television or playing one of the many board or card games available in the condo.
Wifi, cable, computer table and chair available to make your remote working experience if required, both comfortable and memorable.
The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, electric cooker, glassware, flatware and crockery for 6 and is the perfect place to create your favorite meal or enjoy island cooking using the services of the maid. Use the percolator to prepare that special cup of Blue Mountain coffee or the juicer for freshly squeezed orange juice. The washer/drier is neatly tucked away in the laundry area below the stairs.
The upstairs air-conditioned master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and queen size bed opens onto a balcony. This is shared with the second air-conditioned bedroom which has two single beds.
Shopping and attractions are available nearby. If you don’t want to walk there is a taxi service that can take you into town. There are several eating areas including Ricks Café voted one of the world’s 10 best bars. Shop, dine or just relax at Bamboo Walk and be sure to visit the Bambooze café at Bamboo Walk, the latest hang out spot on the strip.
The condominium is family and specifically kid friendly. The gated complex of studios, one , two and three bedroom condos, provides a safe environment for guests with its 24 hour guard service. The condo has a safety deposit box offering additional security to its guests. The beautiful lush tropical gardens at the Point Village create a relaxing environment for “your home” away from home.

We were 2 couples enjoying a beach getaway and this apartment was a fantastic place to make the most of the location. There was plenty of space in the 2 bedroom apartment, the unit is very close to the beach and walkway around the property, and the kitchen was well-equipped for any meals we wanted to make.The beach areas are lovely and clean, the water is warm and great for swimming or snorkelling. There are lovely tidal pools at one end near a small cove that are also fun.Emma, the manager, was most helpful ahead of our trip with information on places to visit and services available. This end of the Seven Mile Beach doesn't have much for bars or restaurants - the nearest grocery store is a cab ride away - so be prepared to venture out for eating and drinking. The pool area was a bit rundown but the water was clean and filtered. The hot tub has unfortunately been out of use for some time. Beach showers and bathrooms are kept clean. We didn't visit the pickleball court but it seemed popular.The complex is safe and secure and we met many friendly couples on the beach who were happy to share info too.I recommend this unit highly for couples or a family.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work and the air conditioner in master bedroom didn’t work properly. Lots of bees at this place too. We also paid extra for accommodations for another person, which were not provided. Security is super friendly and helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We really enjoyed the private beach and none of the hassling you get at the other resorts.

I enjoyed the property...pros and cons as follows....pros 1- close to beach and secluded. 2- Patti the maid lovely and helpful. 3- cell phone supplied for guest usage. Cons 1- difficult to access....they are building a huge monstrosity next door with no allowances made for the only entrance into the resort. Thus waiting time is 20 minutes to get up the road. And walking is out of the question as the puddles are above the ankle with no sidewalks. 2- no hot water....switch was broken, obviously owner is not present or accountable as she expects guests to do maintenance checks. 3- no bathroom on main floor
