This property is located in the gated community of little bay country club with 24-hour security, private beach and pool. Property comes with all of the modern touches and a furnished patio, backup power generator. You will get private airport transfer for an additional cost. Only steps from the Ocean and pool. You can enjoy everything that Negril has to offer with a short drive, only minutes from Ricks Cafe and Margaritaville. Also comes with a bus and driver for an additional cost so you don't have to worry about reliable transportation.

THE HOUSE WAS AS NICE IF NOT NICER THEN THE PICTURES. ROY WAS SO EASY TO WORK WITH AS WAS HIS PROPERTY MANAGER. POOL AREA AND BEACH WE VERY NICE. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Everything about this holiday was just perfect. Communication with Roy was quick and professional. On arrival, the host is there to greet you, explaining everything to you and keeps in touch with you. Security is tight so there is nothing to worry about. I am looking forward to coming back again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Jamaica on a holiday. Barbara Lewis
