Sunset Vista is located within the Little Bay Country Club community. An upscale, beachfront community in Negril. The gated community sits on a peninsula that is surrounded by the Caribbean Sea on both sides and features a private beach, infinity pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball, and 24-hour security. Sunset Vista very comfortably sleeps 4 and up to 6. The home is fully powered by solar with WiFi and a/c throughout and is perfect for couples or families.
This relaxing 2 Bedroom and 2 and a half bathroom townhouse overlooks the water and is the perfect home away from home for your next getaway. The the home features modern tropical décor and amenities galore. Each bedroom has it’s own balcony and there is an expansive deck right off of the main living area overlooking the beautiful sea.
The master bedroom is outfitted with a King bed and there is a pack n' play available for a baby/toddler. The 2nd Bedroom can be configured with either a King bed or separated into two extra long twin beds. The comfortable Queen sized pullout sofa bed can accommodate an additional two guests.
Enjoy all of the amenities of home such as, wifi, smart tvs, Bluetooth sound system, washer and dryer, and air conditioning throughout the home.

We stayed for five nights in late March and were thoroughly impressed with the property. It was clean, comfortable, and had stunning views. The private beach was perfect and was teeming with sea glass if you are a collector. We walked the path between the neighborhood and larger beach several times to eat at Office of Nature (delicious). They even helped us arrange transportation. Communication with April was excellent. Thank you for sharing your home!

Place was just as described. Sunset view was fantastic! The owner was very responsive when I reached out with questions. I would love to return for another stay.

Have rented many places in Jamaica - this one is my favourite! Do not go anywhere else!
Clean, amazing view, nice small and quiet beach, large shared pool in the closed community, very nice staff.
Walking distance to Riu Negril and 7-miles beach.
Very responsive owner and always helpful when had any questions. Good quality of internet if you're going to work online. Nice welcome gift - made my kids very happy -snacks, water and juices in the fridge. Overall great experience. Would come back to Jamaica - but only knowing I'll go to this place :)

Idyllic setting on the cliffs, beautiful décor. Peaceful and private. Perfect place to relax and re-charge.
