About this house rental
Big Grape is a two floor, three bedroom villa set in a botanical paradise steps away from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
The main floor enjoys a comfortable and airy living room, Double doors lead to a lush and private garden paradise for further relaxing.
There is a fully equipped separate kitchen and covered dining patio for al fresco dining. Two air-conditioned bedrooms (queen and full) and a large bathroom with an outdoor stone cut shower.
Upstairs is the airy king loft, (king bed can be converted to two twin beds) full bathroom with stall shower. double doors lead to a private sun/moon veranda. An ideal spot for sunning, birding, star gazing or just relaxing on the loungers.
A short stroll through the mature gardens lead to a thatched sunset patio, then walk down to the coral cliffs and swim and chill. Big Grape enjoys unique privacy and seclusion.
SeaGrape is a lush and lovely botanical tropical paradise. Perfectly situated atop the edge of the world famous cliffs of Negril. The lush one acre property has three beautiful and unique cottages that are fully appointed with Jamaican charm. It is an idyllic retreat for honeymooners, couples, small groups, destination weddings or families. The azure Caribbean Sea is just steps away. Swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and stargazing are there for the duration of your stay…not to mention the most incredible world famous sunsets in total privacy and a secluded setting. Nothing but you, the sea, the sky and the sun… a cocktail and a little Bob Marley…perfection!

Melonie is on site for all of your culinary desires. She has wonderful menus and a brand new kitchen in which to cook your breakfast, lunch or dinner! She specializes in delicious island specialties and can serve up various cuisines that are loved around the world. Have her create memorable Jamaican feasts that can be enjoyed al fresco on the terraced dining areas at each of the cottages. Cost of food services is paid directly to Melonie.
Nightly watch is provided by Bentley, our live in gardener and friend.
Outside the gates of Sea Grape Villas, the neighborhood is warm and welcoming. Local businesses are within walking distance for most of your vacation needs. The famous white sands of the seven marvelous miles of Negril beach are a short taxi ride away.
Negril is approximately 1 ½ hours from Montego Bay Airport. We use the services of private drivers and are happy to pass along their contacts. All transportation and communication is between the customer and drivers including sightseeing, daytrips and excursions.

This is a first class location and I am ruined for life. I have vacationed at top tier all inclusives in Jamaica before and they cannot compare to the private access to the sea as well as the romantic location of the facilities. Think James Bond Dr No meets Miss Marple. This was perfect and the grounds staff were outstanding.

This property has everything you need: access to the sea for a pleasant swim and fairly good snorkelling, nice spots in the lush garden for your morning coffee and a private and spacious house to have dinner and relax in the evening. The staff is very friendly and ordering food from Melonie is 100% worth it. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. It’s really hard to want to leave the property once you are there :) We can’t wait to go again !!

Nicely tucked away in the trees, but still a stone's throw from a dip in the Caribbean. Everything I needed and nothing I didn't need. Quiet, simple, 70's charm, but well maintained with fresh paint on my last visit. If you want an all inclusive, go somewhere else. If you want casual relaxation, a seasoned local staff, and the feeling of staying at a friend's beach house, this is for you.
The staff will take care of your every request and get you anything you can't find yourself. Juicy is a fantastic cook -- make sure you have his brown stew and definitely his fish dishes... and curries... and anything else he makes. Great local ingredients. Christine keeps the place nice and clean and Bentley keeps the place safe and the grounds in order. All have been there for decades and feel like family.
Blackie the dog will quietly look after you, bark at boats that get too close, and lead you around at night. She's the sweetest little dog! Miss her too!
I rarely found reason to leave the grounds and I can't wait to get back there!
