About this house rental
Take it easy with beautiful views over the Caribbean sea. Feeling active? Get fit at our open/covered Muay Thai/ Boxing gym which also includes free weights.
We are slightly off the beaten path, you are close enough to Negril town and the seven mile beach. Yet you are away from the hustle and bustle and are able to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay
Enjoy local walks or spend your days relaxing by the swimming pool. Pick some plants from the garden and make your own medicinal teas.
The space
The property sits on 2 acres of land.
My family live in the main house, we have 2 studios attached to the main house on the lower floors with sea views.
Each studio includes their own kitchenette, and ensuite bathroom.
There is also space to relax and dine outside of the studios.
In addition we have a one bedroom apartment opposite the main house across the pool. This is on the first floor, and sleeps up to 4 people, One room with a king size bed, and the lounge has a queen sofa/bed (this is actually a queen mattress. Please note this is the ONLY unit that has AC. On the ground floor is an outside kitchen, and a lovely social space with large dining and comfortable seating, this means you can cook together or hire a cook, eat together and play together.
We also have a 2 bedroom house which is occasionally listed, please check out our other listings.
Guest access
Gym access will need to be booked at least a day in advance, you can also book a one on one Muay Thai or boxing class. These classes are designed to teach you the fundamental Muay Thai and boxing techniques and are exhilarating yet fun.
Other things to note
We also have three friendly dogs on the property, who provide an added security and charm to your stay.

LTU Cafe - is a laid-back cliffside restaurant, known for stunning sunset views, delicious Jamaican and international dishes,.
Just Natural - Perfect for a laid-back breakfast, lunch or dinner amidst tropical greenery, great for vegans and vegetarians , this is a gem.
Ricks Cafe- great for cliff jumping and lively atmosphere.
Ivans @ Catch a falling Star, Romantic settings along with a great menu and cocktails.
