Overall we had a great vacation and stay at Phoenix VII! we had no issues , we got to check in earlier than 4pm and that was nice after a long drive from WI! They called me around 2pm to tell me the room was ready. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Everything was true to the description. The pools were nice we enjoyed the indoor pools and hot tubs at night after a day of exploring orange beach.
