OK, it’s your job to find a large, beautiful mountain home with room for everyone — maybe even a two-family getaway. Well, this home has everything you need, and it’s loaded with mountain charm and character — as well as fantastic upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms. Plus, it’s in a beautiful setting for winter and summer getaways. Everyone in your group will love Grand Antler Lodge!
Grand Antler Lodge is a one-of-a kind vacation home designed to easily accommodate large groups of up to 16. With seven bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone – and with three full suites with private bathrooms, it is that perfect property for two families to share. As you can see, the living area is impressive, with a huge wood fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and lots of seating for relaxing and conversation. And the kitchen is set up to handle large groups too, with granite counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range), and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s room for 10 at the dining table and three more at the counter.
Downstairs, there’s a recreation room with another huge flat-screen TV, a pool table, and a wet bar. And just outside, here’s a large private hot tub and a gas grill. This place literally checks all the boxes for a great mountain getaway, and it’s just a short 3-minute walk from the slopes — and you can ski back to the home! Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a large, two-car garage with extra parking in the driveway, and complimentary Wi-Fi. As with all SMR properties, we supply all linens, basic toiletries, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Rental company was responsive. Plenty of space for everyone. Lots of parking. There was one bathroom downstairs that doesn't lock. I think all bathrooms should have locks on them.

This review would have been a five star if not for two precious items left behind that the cleaning people could not or would not admit to finding. My grandson left his two well loved stuffed animals on the large sofa pictured in the ads for this unit. We are absolutely positive they were there. We notified the rental company within two hours and filled out the lost and found form. Cruncher and Ocean, the beloved stuffies were said to never be found. The cleaning fee we paid was several hundred dollars yet we are missing two priceless items. Very disappointing.
The house fully met our needs. It was roomy, clean, lots and lots of towels for everyone who enjoyed the hot tub. The house is so spacious we all had privacy and space to spread out. The location was super for hiking and going to town. We had very good response from the rental company when we texted them. I highly recommend the unit, just be sure you don’t leave anything behind.
