Very nice property about a mile walk from the center of Breckenridge. Well appointed, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood. Could use some carpet cleaning and a few minor repairs.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of wonderful hiking. Breckenridge is a lovely town to eat & shop.Also, nice play ground areas for kids.

It was perfect for our needs. We had 20 guests who stayed. Had a little trouble getting into the unit as there were 2 locks on the garage door. Only one worked so a little confusion there. Everyone had a good time and had no complaints. We made use of the hot tub which was really nice. Kids enjoyed the movie room and playing on the grounds. It couldn’t have been any better!
