It's an ideal setting for large groups, located just six blocks from downtown Breckenridge and a mere three minute walk to the free shuttle stop that takes you directly into town.

The multi-level layout ensures that everyone has space to spread out. The lower-level bedrooms come with their own lounge area, while the upper-level bedrooms boast incredible views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, there is a garage apartment complete with a full kitchen, making it an excellent in-law suite.

Breckenridge offers an array of dining options, from casual eateries to fine dining restaurants, perfect for enjoying local cuisine. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the numerous nearby hiking and biking trails, offering stunning mountain views and invigorating adventures. Within the property, you'll find various entertainment spaces, including a game room, a balcony, a patio, a lower lounge, and the hot tub, all designed to provide ample opportunities for family bonding and relaxation.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 20 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 5.
- A 4WD vehicle is required on this driveway in the winter.
- If bringing 5 cars, some shuffling of cars may be required in the winter to drive out of the driveway.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
