Our stay was an excellent experience. The house is in an excellent location. It is well designed and has many features our group enjoyed. Our group was very comfortable during our stay, and found the kitchen to be very well stocked. I would recommend future guest take note of the kitchen stocked items before purchasing groceries. We had quick effective interaction with the staff, when one of the bathrooms needed service. The ski route back to house had some flat segments but overall was excellent. With groups its always nice for people to have the option to go off and do their own thing.We would love to stay at this location again in the future.

We asked for a clothes airer to dry clothes and some more washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets as the bottle of dishwashing liquid was miniature. Those small requests were declined which surprised us for this level and cost of property. They would have been easy and cheap things to provide and despite the messages asking if there was anything Pinnacle could help with they were denied. That was disappointing. Otherwise we very much enjoyed the property and the property information, check in and check out were great.

The home is beautiful with wonderful views. It is very spacious and we enjoyed entertaining our families here. We were disappointed with everything that was not working correctly or broken. When you pay this kind of money, you expect 5 star. Our biggest issue was that we woke up one morning to a 50 degree home and no hot water (which seemed to be an existing issue). It was 4 degrees outside, so that was a tough morning! We will say, that every time we called regarding an issue, the team was quick to respond (5 star rating for the maintenance crew). They came out several times to help us with our issues...broken stove, freezing home (they brought us 6 space heaters -very helpful!), no hot water, several lights/bulbs out. Other things to note are minor maintenance issues that we can provide if you would like to know. We feel like in a home of this caliber every thing should be 100%.
