Excellent weekend vacation with eight adults and three little children. The property is impeccably maintained. There are no televisions in the bedrooms. We found that to be a positive experience. We all gathered around the large kitchen table that accommodated at 12 people. The hot tub was wonderful. You have two King bedroom suites with a fireplace, shower and a large soaking tub. The double vanities and three of the bathrooms are amazing. It is very easy to get in and out of town. We would definitely come back.

We stayed with a group of 12 my husband and I and our closest friends for a late season ski trip. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated all of us with plenty of extra room, check in was super simple. The shuttle was so easy to use and all the drivers were so nice. One of them even put on a light show and did party music for us. the ski in ski out was so great as well. All in all my favorite house we have ever rented in Breck.

I've stayed at a lot of ski houses with a large group of friends, and this is the best one we've ever stayed at. They layout is exceptional, it would accommodate 3 large families or 16 or more adult friends very easily. Location is amazing. Highly recommend.

The Ski Hi Lodge is comfortable and spacious. It accommodates perfectly well 2 big families. The rooms in the basement are perfect for kids since they have about 8 bunk beds. Space is great, and you do get privacy even if your party is large. Kitchen equipment, if you love cooking like I do, needs an update and more pans and cooking knives. If you are to cook for 16 people every night, you won't have enough utensils and cooking equipment. Jacuzzi was broken 4 days out of 7, so that's a big bummer if you are skiing everyday like we were. I gave a 3 because being able to use the jacuzzi was big part of our late afternoon/ night entertainment. For the price paid, we would expect a more complete kitchen and a fully working jacuzzi, or at least service until 8 pm. SMS service would be closed after 4 pm.
