"Sea Forever SGI" is a beautiful Mediterranean style beach front home in the exclusive Sunset Beach Gated Community on St. George Island’s East End. This home features 5 bedrooms (4 king bedrooms and a bunkroom of 4 queen beds), 4 full bathrooms, large hot tub, park style grills, fish cleaning table, outdoor shower, and direct boardwalk to the beach. Enjoy breathtaking gulf views from the top floor master suite, Kitchen, Living, Dining Room, and well-furnished decks.
This fully tiled, pet-friendly, home offers a tranquil beachfront getaway for up to 18 guests. Sunset Beach is a small, quiet, gated community directly adjacent to the seven miles of the more secluded beaches of Julian G. Bruce SGI State Park.

- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

Sea Forever was perfect for our family vacation. Being right on the beach was key to it being one of the best family vacations we have ever had. The balcony and beach sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The pool was awesome as well. We loved that it was in a gated community and felt very safe. The kids loved riding their bikes and we enjoyed the pickle ball courts almost every evening. Since there were a lot of us we cooked almost every night and there were a lot of kitchen items which made cooking easy. Having a lot of king size beds and lots of bedrooms/bathrooms was great too. We will definitely be back!!

Sea Forever SGI was absolutely perfect for our family! You can't beat the location. Directly on the beach, steps away from the State Park, and within the safety and comfort of the Sunset Beach gated community. The house is spacious, very clean, and super comfortable. The beach wasn't crowded at all and we saw dolphins playing almost every day. We can't wait to come back!!

We have been coming to SGI for close to 30 years and love it for the magical place that it is. But we were very disappointed with the property. It seems that it has not been updated in many years. The family room furniture was worn, the kitchen cabinets were dirty and the tv's were not connected to the internet so that entertainment apps (other than Netflix) could be downloaded from our phones. The same could be said for the bedroom TVs which were very small in size. This may sound "petty" but there is a certain expectation that comes with this type of rental property. We will not be returning.
