Welcome to Siren's Song, a breathtaking Beachfront home on the peaceful East End of St. George Island. This 3 story coastal retreat was designed for families and friends who crave space, serenity and a touch of luxury. With 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms - each with its own full private bathroom and deck access with tranquil views - this home sleeps up to 18 guests in total comfort. Every inch feels intentional, from the sea tones of the interiors to the thoughtful touches that make your stay as harmonious as the tides outside.

Spend your days drifting between the large private pool, the sugar white sand beach and the wide decks overlooking the Gulf. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit to watch the stars shimmer over the water or listen to the waves from your balcony. The elevator connects every floor and extras include an additional refrigerator/freezer, a stand alone ice maker and multiple wet bar areas ensure that hosting and relaxing come naturally.

Inside the Home

Ascend the stairs into an airy, coastal inspired interior where sunlight dances across tile floors and every window frames a hint of blue horizon. The open second floor is the heart of Siren's Song—a bright, expansive space designed for gathering. Here, 2 dining tables and a breakfast bar that seats 8 create room for everyone to share meals and conversation.

The fully equipped kitchen is both beautiful and functional featuring double ovens, a glass top range, dual dishwashers and a generous layout, perfect for preparing everything from big family breakfasts to candlelit seafood dinners. Just beyond, an inviting living area opens to a sweeping Beachfront deck where outdoor dining and lounging blend effortlessly with the sea breezes.

A nearby wet bar area includes a wine cooler, while a cozy den with a sleeper sofa, arcade games and its own bayside deck provides a perfect retreat for movie nights or playful downtime.

Bedrooms & Layout

Ground Floor:

The ground floor is designed for easy beach living. You'll find parking for up to 8 vehicles, a private pool surrounded by comfortable Polywood lounges and a fire pit for gathering round to enjoy evenings under the stars. There's also a charcoal grill for casual cookouts, an outdoor shower (hot/cold) to rinse off the salt and sand and a convenient fish cleaning station. Inside, the foyer includes an extra refrigerator/freezer and a stand alone ice maker—perfect for storing extra drinks and snacks. The elevator begins here, providing effortless access to every floor of this home.

First Floor:

Four of this home's 6 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two spacious Beachfront king suites each feature full private bathrooms and direct access to the Beachfront deck, where you can step outside to the sound of the surf. Another king bedroom offers a full private bathroom, peaceful bayside views and private deck access while a charming bunk room—complete with 2 twin-over-twin bunks and its own full private bathroom—makes the perfect hideaway for younger guests.

A well equipped wet bar with a mini fridge, microwave, sink and Keurig coffee maker adds extra convenience for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Second Floor:

The main living area unfolds across the second floor with panoramic Gulf views as the backdrop. The kitchen, dining and living spaces flow together, inviting everyone to gather and linger. Two large dining tables each seat 6 while the breakfast bar welcomes 8 more. The expansive Beachfront deck just beyond is ideal for dining al fresco or simply listening to the waves.

This area includes a wet bar with wine cooler and den with a queen sleeper sofa, arcade games and access to the bayside deck which creates a lively second hangout space. There's also a king bedroom on this floor with a shared full bathroom and bayside deck access, along with a convenient half bathroom nearby.

Third Floor:

The third floor is a true sanctuary. A stunning Beachfront master suite offers complete privacy with a luxurious full private bathroom and a private Beachfront deck where mornings begin with breathtaking sunrise views. A separate den with a queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, mini frig and Keurig coffee maker creates an inviting retreat for quiet moments or late night conversations.

Outside, Siren's Song is designed for pure coastal bliss.
